FanHut intends to keep the relationships between itself and its customers within the confines of FanHut. This means that no customer's personal information will be sold, leased, or otherwise distributed to any outside organization, unless it is a necessary part of processing your transaction (i.e. your name and address will be shared with UPS, so that they can deliver your package to you).

FanHut uses a secure socket layer (SSL) software that is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
